Sanford makes bold move on taxes

Governor Mark Sanford's new proposal for South Carolina: Cut the state's marginal tax rate by 50% and implement a 10 year phase-out of South Carolina's corporate income tax. SC would be only the fifth state in the union to phase out the corporate income tax.
