U.S. Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) sent a letter signed by all 41 Republican senators to Democrat Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) on Wednesday urging the Majority Leader to pass each appropriation bill independently with at least eight of the 12 appropriations bills passed by the Senate before August in order to avoid the massive, last minute omnibus spending bills that do not allow for adequate public review and cloud what should be a transparent process.
(ea) The problem is that 41 is less than 58. Except in the case where "less is more", and that's usually just a metaphor for narrative writing, which a Bob Corker press release probably isn't.
