Jindal preps for stimulus win

With only five days before Louisiana's legislative session ends, a state Senate committee scuttled plans to work around Gov. Bobby Jindal and accept $98 million in stimulus funding for unemployment funding.

Democrats accused Jindal of posturing for 2012 by rejecting the money; Republicans accused Democrats of supporting a plan that would, in theory, raise taxes on small businesses.
