Frank Luntz on Sarah Palin's speech:
But what I'm fascinated with -- is that she didn't give the principles, she didn't lay out "This is what I believe, this is where I stand, and this is the way it's going to be".
This is the one chance she had for people like us not to be analyzing it.
That's what's so odd about Rush Limbaugh's defense of Palin's speech.
He says we don't know why she quit and should reserve judgment. But Palin spent 20 minutes explaining why, and it was so ineffectual that people assume there's got to be something more.
