HUME: She's got some work to do, if she does it. And I'm not sure she wants to. But if she does it and she wants to; in other words, becomes expert on the issues and fluid in them on a way she hasn't been, she'd be a viable candidate in 2007 [2012]. If not, no.
BAIER: I think she runs. I don't know how well she does, but I think she runs.
