Last week, there was some to-do in the media over a 19 second clip of Texas Gov. Rick Perry feigning surprise that there was a recession in Texas (video below).
Now a spokesperson for Kay Bailey Hutchison's campaign admits her camp taped and released the video, but says it isn't that big a deal.

Hutchison’s campaign spokesperson, Jennifer Baker, said her campaign did send a staff member to videotape Perry’s speech, but added “the Perry people tape Senator Hutchison all the time. I don’t get their point. Senator Hutchison will make it a point to create jobs and get people back to work. Are they saying he didn’t say it?”
