Survey USA unleashes a bunch of approval ratings in various states for political figures.

For this site's purposes, key approval ratings...

a. CA Sen. Barbara Boxer, 46%/44%. Good news for Carly Fiorina.

b. Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, 48%/50%. That's where he's been hovering for a very long time.

c.Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, 45%/46%. Obviously, good news for the guy from the other party who wants to replace him (i.e. McDonnell).

d. Pres. Obama in Iowa, 45%/51%. He won the state by 10%.

e. Pres. Obama in Minnesota, 53%/44%. He won the state by 10%.

f. Pres. Obama in Missouri, 48%/50%. McCain won by 1%.

g. Pres. Obama in Virginia, 42%/54%. Obama won by 7%.

h. Pres. Obama in Wisconsin, 45%/50%. Obama won by 14%.
