Fresh off a Monday night fundraiser in Florida for his reelection campaign, Bobby Jindal's off to another one -- this time, on the better coast.
Jindal's press office said the governor is attending two fundraisers on Thursday: one in Fresno [*] and another in Pacific Palisades.
Jindal spokesman Kyle Plotkin declined to release information about who's hosting the fundraisers. He said that information would be available from campaign finance reports, which are due next year.
If you haven't been following the blog for awhile, you've probably noticed Jindal's held quite a few fundraisers this year, which Democrats (including Sen. Mary Landrieu) have seized on to try to tag him with being out-of-touch.
But -- to refresh -- in April, Jindal explained the concern driving his driving.
"In 2007, I ran against two millionaires able to self-finance. They were able to write checks for several million dollars. That's not something I can do, so I want to make sure we've got the resources to get the message out."
*Btw, who has money in Fresno? Their currency is stolen cars anyway.
