Marco Rubio tells Neil Cavuto he won't run as a third party candidate if he loses in the Florida primary, because you can't and he wouldn't.
CAVUTO: If he [Charlie Crist] were to win, would you entertain a third party run?
RUBIO: No. First, you can't do that in Florida. In Florida, you can only run once. You can't switch once you've been on the ballot once.
Second, I'm a Republican. I think the Republican party is the natural home of the conservative movement. It's where it belongs. It's where it's most effective.
