Today's hurricane of bad news for Charlie Crist (here for a good summary) gets even worse, as the influential Family Research Council decides to endorse his opponent, Marco Rubio.
In a way it's not a surprise. Social conservatives have never been fond of Crist since he beat their favored candidate, Tom Gallagher, in the 2006 gubernatorial primary.
On a related note, the DNC sends out a press release on Crist's stimulus waffle attached to a phrase that probably only Keith Olbermann can handle (on a third take).
