Even though he campaigned with Rudy Giuliani over the weekend, former NY Rep. Guy Molinari says he's as clueless as the rest on Rudy's plans -- even considering last night's elections.
"Rudy is Rudy. Rudy is either going to run or not based on how he feels. He’s not a guy who looks at statistics and worries about the fact that maybe it doesn’t look, maybe he could win, maybe he can’t win.”
