Second half of Palin's book tour

Sarah Palin's released the second half of her book tour, via her Facebook page.

Some notable cities: Phoenix, Dallas, Sioux City, Minneapolis (Mall of America should have plenty of room to line up), Salt Lake City (Romney land!).

On December 11, she finishes up and heads home to Alaska.
