At a press conference today, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty got into a tussle with the press over his brisk travel schedule.
His opponents accused him of putting aside the state's interests for his own. One such opponent is state Rep. Tom Huntley, chair of the House Health and Human Services Finances Committee.
Huntley:
"At least Sarah Palin told the people of Alaska she was quitting as their governor. Tim Pawlenty quit on Minnesota a long time ago and working familes are paying the price."
Here's a question.
How badly would it hurt Tim Pawlenty to call a hastily assembled press conference in which he announces he won't be finishing his term, because he's now a lame duck?
