It looks like the custody case between Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston will be available for public consumption.
.... on Dec. 23, a judge denied Palin’s request to keep the proceedings private and opened up the documents for public access.
.... “Unfortunately, despite Bristol’s interest in keeping this matter private, Levi has requested that this matter remain public,” Lisa C. Hamby, one of Palin’s attorneys, said in a statement to POLITICO.
In an affidavit, Levi explained one of the reasons why he wants the case to be public, and Grandma Palin plays a big role.
“I hope that if it is open she [Sarah Palin] will stay out of it. I think a public case might go a long way in reducing Sarah Palin's instinct to attack and allow the real parties in this litigation, Bristol and I, to work things out a lot more peacefully than we could if there is any more meddling from Sarah Palin.”
