In a release from his office Monday, DeMint announced he will speak at what is being billed as an "emergency rally" coordinated by several groups, including the American Conservative Union and the Susan B. Anthony List.
"The event has 'tea party' trimmings and plenty of muscle, including grass-roots support from six states..."
Earlier today, we learned about the "prayer cast" on health care that's scheduled for Wednesday. DeMint's also a confirmed speaker for that.
