U.S. Rep Mike Pence finds politics in the EPA's warning that greenhouse emissions (cough, cough) endanger human health.
The "finding" (cough, cough) will allow the agency to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.
Pence:
“If the Democrat Congress can’t kill jobs by passing a national energy tax, then the Obama Environmental Protection Agency will.... It seems liberal Democrats will stop at nothing to overcome the strong objections of the American people to a cap and tax system."
