The New York Daily News says Rudy Giuliani is planning on announcing tomorrow that he won't run for the U.S. Senate or any other elective office in 2010.
That doesn't mean he'll be quiet on political issues.
"Next year should be an interesting cycle for Republicans, and he sees it as an opportunity to engage in targeted races across the country," said a person familiar with Giuliani's plans.
And then, of course, there are his lucrative engagements in the private sector.
