Johnson jabs at 2012 roster

I've been tracking Gary Johnson since he announced in October 2009 that he would soon start a 501(c)(4).

And -- as far as my knowledge goes -- this is the first time he's hit prospective 2012 candidates.

ABC's Teddy Davis and Matt Loffman:

.... [Johnson] is already testing the themes that we might hear when the Republican presidential debates get underway.

“All the other candidates-- all the other suspects … if you put a piece of cardboard over their caricature and did some voiceover on what it is they were saying, they would all sound alike,” said Johnson.

Until now, he's only criticized the party's direction (and not intensely -- he's urged the tea party to migrate to the GOP).

So why does he think his potential 2012 mates are cardboard cutouts? Johnson supports legalizing marijuana, opposes the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and thinks pre-viability abortion should be remain legal.
