It's almost too surrealistic to read, considering Mike Huckabee leads the Republican field in a CNN poll released yesterday, and Marco Rubio hasn't even won a primary for national elective office.
Nevertheless...
On Tuesday night, The Buzz asked Huck who was more likely to run in '12 -- himself or Rubio.
"Gee I don't know, maybe him. If he throws his hat in the ring, I'm there with him."
Huck also reminded readers that he endorsed Rubio before backing him became cool.
"I'm awfully proud to say I was with him when he was 50 points down, not 50 points up. Now I feel like a prophet."
Speaking of a '12 run, Rubio tells Adam Smith (ea).
"I have my hands full with this election. I'm not going to be a vice presidential or presidential contender," he said of the conservative commentators lately touting him as a White House contender.
"Just the fact that I'm addressing it embarrasses me."
