While it seems Mitt Romney will be less engaged in Iowa this time around, Haley Barbour tells the state's Gov. Terry Branstad today:
“If I run, I’m going to try to win Iowa.”
But he'll have win without the explicit help of Branstad who reiterated his neutrality, while stressing his friendship.
“I have a lot of respect for you. You and I go back.”
