The National Review's Rich Lowry is another conservative pushing Jeb Bush to run for president in 2012; not 2016.
Lowry's strongest points relate to timing, or, as someone once said, "the fierce urgency of now."
A. 2016 will be teeming with Republican governors who are younger and have more recent, relevant experience than Jeb.
B. Waiting for the right moment to run is fraught with peril (to wit: the word "moment" permeates politics for a reason).
That's why this push isn't just about Jeb running for president; it's about him running in 2012.
