Karl Rove thinks Perry will run

Karl Rove tells Fox Business Network that he thinks Rick Perry will do it.

"Well, I think you're right that he is going to run.

.... this is a big state with nearly 24 million people, and if you're the governor of the state, you have the capacity to go out and raise a lot of money from people.

We'll see how much he does. I suspect if he enters the race, we'll get a clue if they begin, sort of, drawing attention to big fundraising events that they have, as Mitt Romney did earlier this year when he got the $10 million worth of pledges at the Las Vegas call day."

I wrote last week about the fractious relationship between the Bush and Perry team over the years, and remember, Rove informally advised Kay Bailey Hutchison in her 2010 bid against Perry.
