The Orange County Register gets Newt on Newt:
“I actually think this is a little bit like watching Walmart grow,” he said before taking the stage with his wife, Callista, at Yorba Linda’s Nixon Library on Wednesday evening.
“You watch the way we’re developing new approaches and new ideas and the way we’re using the internet – I think over the next 60 days you will see a campaign that is so fundamentally different from anything you’ve seen."
If Newt is correct, he will soon have 8,500 campaign offices in 15 countries, and his PAC will raise roughly $60 billion in Q3. His volunteers will also never clean the bathrooms at any offices, but you can go to the Chick-fil-A next door for that.
