Herman Cain is associated with "9-9-9"


So that's myPope is Catholic/Jim DeMint is Conservative headline of the day, but this is actually a totally fascinating new poll from The Washington Post.

Respondents were asked to pick one word that most described the top 3 GOP candidates.

Herman Cain:

1. "9-9-9" = 42 votes.

2. "Business/Businessman" = 30 votes.

3. "Interesting" = 23 votes.

4. "Good" = 22 votes.

5. "Pizza" = 19 votes.

Rick Perry:

1. "Texas" = 55 votes.

2. "No" = 16 votes.

3. "Idiot/Idiotic" = 15 votes.

4. "Conservative" = 12 votes.

5. "Governor/Gov. of Texas" = 12 votes.

Mitt Romney
:

1. "Mormon" = 60 votes.

2. "Healthcare/RomneyCare" = 17 votes.

3. "Flip-flop/Flip-flopper" = 13 votes.

4. "Good/good man" = 13 votes.

5. "No/No way" = 12 votes.

Now that's among all respondents. The poll also measures the words among Republicans and indies who lean Republicans.

Each of the three fares much better, but "RomneyCare" is still the second most common word attached to him.
