Over this past week, Newt Gingrich has hammered Mitt Romney for hiring hands from Charlie Crist's former campaign.
Today, Jeb Bush told Newt to quit it.
“That’s not a serious accusation,” Bush says. “Candidates win elections. I’m not a big Charlie Crist fan, as you recall, but these guys shouldn’t have that moniker attached to them, as if Governor Romney is part of some evil plot. That’s ridiculous.”
This means that Newt has been rebuked by Florida GOP icons on consecutive days. Rubio, yesterday. Jeb, today. Who's next? Nick Bollettieri?
