Santorum isn't ready to endorse

According to CBS, he told supporters on a conference call that he still hasn't "supported any candidate at this point."

To crystallize the point that he isn't going to make an endorsement in the immediate future, Santorum told his supporters that it was entirely up to them who to vote for in next week's Pennsylvania primary. "I haven't supported any candidate at this point," he said.

Still nursing wounds, perhaps?

I don't think he was writing about the GOP primaries, but Ernest Hemingway once noted in a letter:

"You especially have to hurt like hell before you can write seriously. But when you get a damned hurt, use it. Don't cheat with it. Be as faithful to it as a scientist."

Maybe it's time for a Santorum sequel, It Takes A Family, part Deux: Even More Conservatism and the Common Good.
