Rick Santorum's concession speech on Monday was criticized for being long, stubborn, and self-congratulatory.
And now the most celebrated liberal comedian (Jon Stewart) and conservative comedian (Dennis Miller) have called him out for it.
First, here's Stewart mocking Santorum's claim that it was "as improbable as any race you will ever see for president."
"Really? Any race ever -- like, I don't know, were you alive in 2008 when a black guy named Barack Hussein Obama beat a 48 term war hero Senator and his flag pin of a running-mate? Were you alive then, because that was pretty f_____ing weird."
Meanwhile, last night, Dennis Miller also weighed in on Santorum's swan song.
"I will say this: when he was going out the door, if these guys like Ron Paul and Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich are going to tell me, in one breath, that a second term for Barack Obama is the end of the republic as we know it, and in the second breath be so unwilling to circle the wagons around Mitt Romney, it eats into the efficacy of their argument."
