Tea party still likes Palin best

Here's an interesting internal from yesterday's Public Policy Polling survey of a potential 2016 GOP presidential race -- Sarah Palin is still the tea party champion.

Her favorables with those identifying themselves as members of the tea party is an astounding 88%/6%.

88% is the highest favorable of any candidate polled; 6% is the lowest unfavorable of anyone polled (including Huckabee, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Paul Ryan, Rick Santorum). In other words, her unfavorables are even lower than candidates who aren't particularly well-known.

Palin has been inreasingly dismissed as a has-been, and while she might not run for president in the future, she'll still certainly be a powerful voice in tea party circles.

Let's see how she spends her capital.
