On the heels of Barack Obama's first negative ad of the cycle, the Super PAC supporting him, Priorities USA Action, is going up with its own attack ad in Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Once again, it's a hit on Romney's time at Bain, and features a worker with an alarmist warning that's not really explained: "He'll take it all."
"He promised us the same things he's promising the United States. He'll give you the same thing he gave us -- nothing.
He'll take it all."
In the context of a potential presidency, what does the phrase "He'll take it all" even mean?
It sounds like a dictatorship where a tyrant strips his people of their money to build multiple palaces. I understand it in the context of Bain, but when the guy promises that Romney will "take it all" as president, it's the kind of overkill that can cause viewers to tune the whole thing out.
