Mitt Romney's adviser, Eric Fehrnstrom, on Fox News today, responding to a new Washington Post/ABC poll showing his boss and Barack Obama tied on handling the economy.
"We're very pleased with the state of the race. You know, Mitt Romney came out of a pretty bruising set of primaries and before we even started our general election argument against Barack Obama, he's tied in the polls -- most likely ahead.
So we're excited about that."
