Scarborough whacks Romney for Carter comment

On MSNBC this morning, Joe Scarborough shook his head at Mitt Romney for claiming that even Jimmy Carter would've given the order to get Osama bin Laden.

"It was just jarring yesterday, him saying that of Jimmy Carter, especially after Desert One, after Jimmy Carter tried to do that.

.... I don't want to make too much of an off-handed remark in New Hampshire, but seriously, after four decades, can we not leave Jimmy Carter alone and honor him for what he did for this country?"

Oof. Conservatives won't be agree with that last sentence, but Scarborough, as we all know, breaks fairly frequently with them.
