A new CNN/ORC survey shows Mitt Romney sporting a fairly healthy 48%/42% favorability rating -- that's a jump from a 34% rating he held in February
That being said, Barack Obama still bests him on the poll of personality and holds a 56%/42% favorability rating.
Meanwhile, Romney's average fav rating in key polls, aggregated by TPM, shows Mitt at a 44.6%/41.7% split.
Nothing about that numbers is terribly positive, except that he's finally above water after spending the primary with negative ratings.
