Dems sic teachers, first responders on Romney

The Hill on the latest Democratic push to coax more blood out of Mitt Romney's controversial comment about teachers, firefighters, and police officers.

In a new Web ad released Wednesday, three public-sector workers — Michael, a fireman; Martha, a science teacher; and DeMar, a police officer — introduce themselves.

.... The trio then criticizes Romney's record in Massachusetts, arguing class sizes got bigger and fewer cops and firefighters were on the streets during his tenure.

The big question -- when's it going to show up in a paid ad from Obama or one of his allies?

After all, this week SEIU and a pro-Obama Super PAC hit him in TV ads earlier this week for his comments about firing people and being unemployed, and the teachers comment is arguably more inflammatory.
