A new CNN poll shows Barack Obama nipping Mitt Romney, nationally, 49%-46%, but Romney takes a big, 51%-43%, lead in the fifteen battleground states.
Unfortunately, CNN doesn't break down state-by-state numbers, but just takes a sample from all the battleground states to arrive at the 8% margin.
So it's hard to get to specific on what this means from an electoral college perspective, but it's an awfully good result for Romney.
