Barack Obama holds a 5% lead over Mitt Romney in a new Rasmussen poll of likely voters, 50%-45%.
Of course, the lead is important, but it's also a good survey for the president because he hits 50% -- a key threshold for an incumbent.
Obama leads by 4.6% in the RCP average of Nevada polls, but it doesn't feel too competitive right now. The POTUS has led in every poll conducted in the state since April of LAST year.
