Mitt Romney's campaign is out with another TV ad, exploiting an out-of-context quote from Barack Obama.
In the clip, Obama appears to be claiming that his economic program worked when, in reality, he was actually contrasting Bill Clinton and George W. Bush's respective presidencies.
The Washington Post, which has hammered Obama's campaigns for similar contextual malfeasance in the past, handed Romney the dreaded, four Pinocchio's today for "whoppers" in the "it worked" attack.
Otherwise, though, the ad is notable because it spends only about ten seconds on Obama; then shifts in the remaining twenty to a very broad comment on Romney's plan.
