An entertaining exchange today as Fox News host, Bill Hemmer, presses Obama campaign's spokesman, Ben LaBolt over his campaign's suggestion that Mitt Romney might have committed a felony.

HEMMER: Do you support what Stephanie Cutter said this week about suggesting that Governor Romney's a felon?
LaBOLT: Well, what she did was she raised a question. Since he was...
HEMMER: [interrupting] Do you believe that is a fair question?
LaBOLT: Well, either misrepresented his tenure at Bain to the SEC or he misrepresented it to the voters of Massachusetts.
LaBolt then immediately pivots to a key part of Obama's push on all this -- tax returns!
"If he released more documents like further tax returns, we would know the extent of his involvement in Bain during this period."
