Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) tells The Hill that Mitt Romney's tax return issue won't magically disappear like Ryan Lochte's lead last night in the 200m backstroke.
"I don't think this will go away.... And if we're still talking about this in September, he's in deep trouble."
