A new Siena College poll gives Barack Obama a 62%-33% lead over Mitt Romney in the deeply blue bastion of New York.
Meanwhile, the president's favorable rating sits at 64%/35%, while Romney's is the near inverse at 34%/61%. That's a +56% advantage for Obama.
In 2016 news, both NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo and NY Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand are still popular. Cuomo's fav rating is 71%/24%, while Gillibrand's sits at 50%/26%.
