Rasmussen delivers the second Virginia poll of the day, and shows Barack Obama edging Mitt Romney in Virginia, 48%-46% among likely voters.
Earlier today, a Quinnipiac survey had Obama leading by a more substantial, 49%-44%.
The president currently sports a small but consistent 3.2% in the RCP average of polls.
I say "small" because that's within the margin of error on most polls, and I say "consistent" because since April, he's led in eleven Virginia polls, while Romney has only led in two. They've tied in the remaining two.
