2016 watch: Santorum to Iowa

Via a release, Rick Santorum will headline a celebration of the Constitution's 225th Anniversary in northwest Iowa, September 20.

Santorum's group, Patriot Voices, is co-sponsoring the event with Rep. Steve King and radio host, Sam Clovis.

A July survey of Iowa by PPP showed Santorum and Mike Huckabee tied in a hypothetical 2016 caucus.
