According to Latino Decisions' weekly tracking poll of Hispanics, Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney, 66%-29%.
That lead is nearly identical to three weeks ago when the president led 65%-26%.
If you remember, two weeks ago, Republicans held a convention replete with Hispanic GOP stars like Marco Rubio, Luis Fortuno, Ted Cruz, and Susanna Martinez, and Romney has stepped up his Spanish-language outreach.
One of Romney's problems?
Hispanics are just down on the GOP.
49% think Democrats do a good job caring about them, while only 19% say the same about Republicans.
Meanwhile, 51% call themselves Democrats, while just 15% consider themselves Republican. That's not a personal problem for Mitt; it's a party problem.
