Romney's positive ad tests high

Mitt Romney's new, positive ad gets such big scores with Republicans and Democrats that media consultant Frank Luntz doesn't know why Romney didn't start running it a month ago.

"When you get a Democratic score in the 60's at this point in the campaign -- that's a darn good score."

Watch the dials -- as Luntz says, Dems rate it an impressive 64, at one point.

You can probably expect more of this kind of ad as Romney looks to raise his favorable rating in the coming weeks and, especially, as he begins to talk more specifically about his plan.

Here's a better quality version of the Romney spot, which literally and smartly begins "My plan."
