Rubio cuts TV ad for Romney

Here's Marco Rubio's new ad for Mitt Romney that's running in Florida.

It's a pitch for Medicare reform, and it turns out that Marco Rubio talking to a camera is pretty strong.

Doesn't that sort of seem like an acid test of how good a candidate is? Obama was strong in just such an ad earlier this year, but Mitt Romney didn't have quite the warmth in his chat with the camera. Rubio, on the other hand, sounds both persuasive and friendly.
