Deutsch scared for Obama

Democratic adman, Donny Deutsch, on MSNBC this morning, echoing a GOP talking point as a "behaviorist."

"As far as the psychology, when it's this close, then do you go new or do you stay old?

When it's at the point where it's like this -- I keep going back to Reagan and Carter, and what scares me as a Democrat is that [voters will say] 'We're done", and I'm a behaviorist.

That's what scares me."

It's a point that Republicans have been making this entire cycle, but that was fairly easily rebutted when critics pointed out that Obama had plenty of time to hit 50%.

Well, plenty of time has turned into two weeks. That gives the GOP talking point much more currency.
