Just how low are expectations for Barack Obama next week?
Listen to Joe Scarborough this morning.
"He's not good in debates. He's horrible in debates. He was horrible against Hillary Clinton. He was not great against John McCain."
Obama and Hillary participated in 25 debates during the 2008 Democratic primaries -- some with others present, while the later ones were head-to-head.
That seems ample time for a "horrible debater" to hang himself. Just ask Rick Perry.
Again, Scarborough's comments are an example of just how dismal expectations are for the president. He's like a bad stock right now -- all downward momentum despite some fundamentals that remain bullish.
