At a Mike Huckabee, weekend book-signing, the topic of Huckabee 2016 came up, according to the Bowling Green Daily News.
Huckabee said he is “stunned” by the number of people who still tout him as a presidential candidate four years after he finished second to John McCain for the Republican nomination.
“It’s encouraging that people take such stands,” he said. He said he hasn’t made up his mind yet on the important decision to run again.
It never hurts to have 2016 chatter when you're in the midst of a book tour, and it's perhaps for that reason that I wouldn't be surprised to see Sarah Palin refuse to rule anything out on her inevitable, next tour.
But turning to Huck again, it really seemed like 2012 was his chance to run and win.
The election was all about the Midwest, and who doesn't think Huck could've turned Ohio red (Obama only beat the aristocratic, Let Detroit Go Banktrupt Mitt Romney guy by a few points there).
